In The Kitchen (ITK) Culinary provides a venue to learn the history and preparation of various cuisines, hold parties/events, enjoy something different besides the dinner and movie thing, or make personalized gifts for your friends and family. Our kitchen was designed by to be the focal point where everyone can hang out and enjoy.

Our courses are designed by seasoned experts to be hands on experiences where you’ll learn to prepare fantastic meals by participating from beginning to end. Let our instructors guide you through various technique, styles, and preparation methods in creating fantastic meals. Our courses will have something for everyone, from the seasoned cook to the first time novice. We’ll provide you the confidence to become a wiz in the kitchen (okay not everyone will be a wiz, but you get the idea).

Something will always be cooking In The Kitchen, we have Cooking Classes for both Children and Adults, Seminars, Wine Education, Celebrity Guests Chefs, Book Signings, Community and Special Events and so much more. Look for our Gifting Classes over the Holiday season and check back frequently throughout the year as our courses will vary with the seasonality of available produce and ingredients.

Located on the waterfront in beautiful downtown Sausalito with views of Angel Island and Tiburon, we are easily accessible and offer an abundance of complimentary parking. For those that enjoy the journey as much as getting to their destination, we are also walking distance from the Sausalito Ferry Terminal and just a short bike ride over the Golden Gate Bridge.

Lastly, we are focused in making sure our ingredients come from local sustainable sources that are the freshest available and at the top of their flavor when feasible.
